Ingredients:
1. 1 packet hakka noodles.
2. 2 tsp chopped garlic & 1tsp ginger finely chopped.
3. 3-4 medium size spring onions finely chopped.
4. 1 small size onion finely chopped.
5. 1 medium size carrot cut into julienne.
6. 1/2 small size cabbage finely shredded.
7. 1 small size red bell paper, 1 medium size capsicum cut into julienne.
8. 2-3 green chilly chopped.
9. 1/4 tsp vinegar.
10. Soya suace, red chilly sauce, green chilly sauce, tomato sauce ( as per taste).
11. 1/2 tsp Black paper.
12. Salt to taste.
13. 3 tbsp Oil.
14. 1/2 cut lemon.
Garnishing (optional)
1. Spring onions.
2. Coriander leaves.
Instructions:
Boil the noodles.
1. Boil the water add 1/2 tbsp oil add 1/2 cut lemon and add noodles. Oil and lemon will prevent noodles from getting clumped up together and messy and will keep each and every Strand Separate from each other.
2. Boil the noodles as per instruction given on packet.
3. Drain noodles to a colander and rinse them with ice cold water. Cold water will help removing excess starch and also will prevent noodles from getting sticky.
Cook noodles and veggies.
1. On a high flame add 2-3 tbsp oil in a wok or non stick pan.
2. Add garlic and fry till turns golden brown. Than goes ginger followed by green chilly.
3. Than add spring onions, white onions fry for a minute nd keep stirring.
4. Next add cabbage, carrot and capsicum. Saute them for 2 mins.
5. Than goes noodles, sprinkle salt, black papper, vinegar, soya sauce, chilly sauce, tomato sauce.
6. Keep tossing and mixing them and cook for 2 mins.
7. Garnish with spring onions and some coriander leaves.
Hot and spicy street style veg. Hakka noodles are ready to serve.
