Ingredients:
1. 4-5 Medium sized casicum.
2. 4-5 medium sized potatos boiled and mashed.
3. 1 small onion, finely chopped.
4. 1 green chilli, chopped.
5. 1 cup grated paneer.
6. Oil 5 tablespoon.
7. Ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon.
Spices:
1. 1/2 teaspoon kashmiri red chilli powder.
2. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder.
3. 1 tsp coriander powder.
4. 1/4 tsp cumin powder.
5. 1/2 tsp aamchur powder.
6. 1/4 tsp garam masala.
7. 1/4 tsp kitchen king masala.
8. Salt to taste.
Garnishing: (Optional).
1. Cheese (mozzerela, processed).
2. 2 table spoon Coriander leaves.
Instructions:
1. Prepare stuffing: In a pan heat up 2 tbsp oil, add in ginger garlic paste and onions and saute it on a medium flame.
2. Add in spices and salt and saute it till it turns aromatic.
3. Add in boiled potatos and crumbled paneer.
4. Mix well and cook it 3-4mins and keep aside.
5. Slice the top of capsicum and remove the seeds. Stuff each with 2tbsp stuffing.
6. In a pan heat 3 tbsp oil add in stuffed capsicum and cover it with top. cover the pan with lid. Let it cook for 30-35 mins till capsicum changes its color and texture. Alternatively you can back capsicum for 40 mins in an over at 180° celcius.
7. Take off the head and add mozzerela and processed cheese and coriander leaves.
8. Cover it with lid again and let it simmer for 5 mins. Or bake it for 5 mins in oven.
Take it out in a plate and your cheezyyy yummyy stuffed capsicum is ready to serve.
